Upon agreement of scope, a prepaid shipping label is provided. Packaging guidance is supplied when necessary to ensure safe transport of sensitive equipment.
Upon arrival, the device is inspected and documented using an intake checklist. Physical condition, configuration state, and serial identifiers are recorded prior to testing.
